David McRae
Director of Technical Operations

Dave has been involved in the entertainment business since his childhood, performing in school musicals, and playing in different bands throughout his school years and beyond. After studying recording engineering at Fanshawe College, he switched from performance to the production side of the industry, and has since toured extensively with a number of different artists, as well as being involved in many major musical, sporting, ecumenical, and cultural events. Dave’s first job after relocating to Vancouver was installing the sound and communications systems in what was to become the Michael J. Fox Theatre. Proud to be a member of the team at the theatre, Dave uses his years of experience to help produce the best possible performances and events for all of the theatre’s clients.

Maria Longridge
Business Services Coordinator

Maria has been employed with the Burnaby School District for 26 years.   Maria’s experience and background as an Administrative Secretary within the education system and her love of music and dance, will enable her to work effectively with the many groups who use the theatre.  She is very excited to a member of the MJFT Operations Team.

Angela Chow
Front of House Manager / Guest Services Assistant

Angela has been working with the Michael J. Fox Theatre since she was 15 years old. She has a great deal of knowledge and experience working as an usher, a concession usher, and a Front of House Manager. As a graduate from many colleges and universities, she is an asset to the team with her background in Business, Human Resources, and Marketing. Angela is happy to be a team member of the Michael J. Fox Theatre.

Ray Morgan
Theatre Technician

Ray brings over 15 years of audio experience to every job he undertakes, which is informed by his many years as a musician. He has managed diverse sound arenas such as: live concert, festivals, theatre, corporate events, live television sound, and music production. This strong foundation supports his ability to identify a situation's unique needs whether he is acting as a recording engineer, video editor, technical director, stage manager or audio/visual technician. In addition, he brings exemplary customer service and exceptional people skills to every event he is part of.
